Primary Wave Music Partners Up To Form New Management Company

NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) -- Primary Wave Music Publishing and Marketing announced that it has entered into a Joint Venture with music industry veterans Rick Smith of Wild Justice and Scott Frazier of Overtone Music Group, under the Primary Wave Music Management umbrella. With five artists currently under management on the roster including Saving Abel, Taddy Porter, Crowfield, Abby Owens and Rookie of the Year. Smith and Frazier are generally regarded among the elite talent finders and developers in the rock music business.

Rick Smith and Scott Frazier have been involved in the development of such artists as Saving Abel, New Edition, John Waite, Seether, Flaw, Outspoken, Days of the New, among many others.
