Elizabethtown's entry was one of three finalists statewide, and it beat out projects in Maysville and Nicholasville. The award recognized the theater's art deco style and murals that adorn the walls. The theater reopened in May and has been showing a few movies each month with a heavy focus on older films and movie classics. |
