CTS Eventim To Handle 2014 Olympic Winter Games Ticket Sales

BREMEN, Germany (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) -- CTS Eventim has been tapped to handle ticket sales for the upcoming 2014 Winter Olympics, which are set to be held next year in Sochi, Russia.

Eventim, through their Russian operation Parter.Ru will handle distribution for what will be one of the largest ticketing operations in Winter Olympics history due to the wide range of sports disciplines and new events planned for inclusion with the games.

Tickets sold in Russia will only be available through the Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee, which will be run by Parter.ru. Tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis and will be only available by price category with no seat assignments until May, 31st, 2013 at which point, seat assignments will be provided. Ticket prices will range from 500 rubles (~$ 17) to 50,000 (~$ 1651).
