CINCINNATI, OH (CelebrityAcess MediaWire) -- 409 Management and Consulting Group, a Cincinnati based public facility and event consulting and management company, has signed a consulting and recruiting agreement with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and its state-of-the-art, 12,000-seat Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Park in Alpharetta, GA.Headed by principal and industry veteran Patrick Leahy, formerly EVP Clear Channel Entertainment - Music, 409 Management began project development consulting efforts for the venue in November 2006. Leahy will consult on all aspects of the venue development, leading efforts to recommend and confirm the appropriate facility program, operational design review, develop the operating infrastructure, development of the facility “brand”, establishment of sales and operations programs and the operational start-up process. Leahy has already successfully orchestrated a deal with concert promoter Live-360 for the booking and related marketing elements for the venue as well as assisting the ASO in negotiations with Verizon Wireless on naming rights. The Venue Management Recruiting Group, a division of 409 Management, is also providing management recruitment to assist with the organizational development for the hiring and placement of key full-time management and support positions, including general manager, sales director, marketing and promotions directors, operations and production management, box office manager, and other related positions.
