Jenny McPhee Joins TKO & Dave Kirby Continues To Grow A Very Strong Boutique Agency
Posted: September 12, 2007
LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) -- The Kirby Organization [TKO] is proud to announce the hiring of their newest agent, Jenny McPhee.

McPhee brings to the company an intensive background in international and domestic touring and booking, with more than two decades experience as a worldwide performer, tour manager, sound engineer and agent.

“I’ve known Jenny since she was a member of The Tubes, and I was the band’s agent,” says TKO President/CEO Dave Kirby. “As an agent, she offers a unique and valuable perspective that has yet to be utilized in any of her prior positions. That potential will finally be realized at TKO. In her new role, Jenny will continue to capitalize on her excellent relationships with promoters around the globe, relationships she has nurtured over years of touring virtually every worldwide market.”

McPhee spent the past 2 ˝ years at The Agency Group where she worked as an international agent. Her entire personal roster will follow her to TKO.

With a depth of experience that includes tour managing and live engineering for acts ranging from Helmet and The Rentals to Chris Isaak and Richard Marx, and a background that also includes talent buying, McPhee is expected to make an immediate impact at TKO. She will work with Dan Devita in the International Department of the company’s Los Angeles office.

“I’ve known Dave Kirby throughout my professional career, and have watched him develop TKO into a cutting-edge player in the music industry in only two short years,” says McPhee. “I am obviously excited about becoming a part of the TKO family, and am looking forward to helping the company grow even more at home and abroad.”

With a roster of more than 150 artists - including The Cult, Buckcherry, Hellyeah, Mudvayne, Hank III, Lit and Motorhead - TKO has become one of the music industry’s premier boutique booking agencies, utilizing the latest digital and web-based technologies to service it’s clients and customers around the world.
