Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion Tries Free Lawn Seats
Posted: May 16, 2006
THE WOODLANDS, TX (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) -- The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is taking steps to ensure the 16,500-capacity performing arts center fills up this summer, offering free lawn seating to a number of its performances, including the May 24th “Cirque du Symphony,” featuring the famed Cirque du Soleil’s aerial acrobats paired with the Houston Symphony Orchestra.

The Woodlands, Texas, venue is still selling reserved seats for between $10 and $20 for the performance. The free lawn seats are sponsored by Lexicon Genetics and TPR Investments.

Many other Houston Symphony concerts throughout the season also feature the free seating, sponsored by various organizations. --by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
